Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment without a penalty fee with more than 24 hours notice. If a session is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, a Late Cancellation Fee of 50% of the service fee will be charged. If the appointment is cancelled on the same day or the photographer arrives and the shoot cannot proceed (e.g., no access, site not ready, or client no-show), the Client is responsible for 100% of the service fee. In the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, high winds), MSR Production reserves the right to reschedule outdoor/drone work at no additional cost. MSR Production shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or media. Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MSR Production and its contractors from any claims, damages, or injuries arising out of the Services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by MSR Production. MSR Production shall not be held liable for delays in delivery, or media rendered undeliverable, due to technological malfunctions (e.g., equipment failure, corrupted storage media), or service interruptions beyond the Company's control. Furthermore, the Company is not responsible for Work Product that fails to meet specifications due to the actions of the Client, attendees, or participants (e.g., interfering camera flashes). While MSR Production maintains backups during the editing process, the Company is not responsible for the loss of media once delivered to the Client. The total cumulative liability of MSR Production shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Client for the specific service. Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by emergencies, illness, or acts of God (e.g., fire, earthquake, pandemic).
