Service Description

This bundle will include: - Real Estate Photography - 50 HDR Photos - 2 Twilight Photos - 3D Virtual Tour Pricing: - $400for properties up to 2,000 SQFT - $450 for properties between 2,001 and 4,000 SQFT - $500 for properties between 4,001 and 6,000 SQFT - $550 for properties between 6,001 and 8,000 SQFT - $600 for properties between 8,001 and 10,000 SQFT For properties larger than 10,000 SQFT, please contact us for a custom quote. - A charge of $1 per mile will be applied for any distance exceeding 30 miles. - A handling fee (5% + $0.60) will be added to invoice to cover payment fee (2.9% + $0.60) and service fee (2.1%) - Any parking fee paid will be added to the invoice.
